ZPMC Mediterranean has been laid out in 2006 in the form of the sales representative company “PMC”. The first ZPMC sales in Turkey are also accomplished within the 2006 by PMC. With the increase of the sales and the activity the name of the company has been changed to ZPMC Mediterranean. In just 6 years, ZPMC Med. became the leader of the Turkish market and with this influence the Chinese products influence increased considerably in the port business.
At the end of all these successes, it has been decided to materialize the share distribution agreement and ZPMC Mediterranean shares were split 50% between ZPMC and Portunus.
Guided by the main principle of customer satisfaction, Portunus retains wide range of spare parts in its inventory in order to provide the spare parts with the agility that the customers permanently requires in this sector.
ZPMC Mediterranean is responsible for the sales, after sales warranty services and spare parts supply related with all ZPMC cranes in Mediterranean, Black Sea and Middle East countries.
